If you want to rent a car in Cluj, you can book it online in advance and pick it up at the airport or in the city. There are many car rental services such as PHP, Avis, Hertz or Rodna (you can find more companies on the Cluj Airport webpage).The prices start from 23 EUR per day for a Dacia Logan, VAT (24%) not included. If you want to rent for more than 20 days, the prices drop to at least 19 EUR.
